1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentVerified (the "Service"), operated by AgentVerified ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, submitting a request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AgentVerified is (and is not)

AgentVerified is an online directory that helps consumers find independent, licensed life-insurance agents and request to be contacted by them.

• We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance producer.
• We do not sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance, and we do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.
• Agents listed on the Service are independent third parties solely responsible for their own licensing, conduct, and the products and advice they provide.
• A listing on AgentVerified is not an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of any agent.

3. Independence; no affiliation or endorsement

AgentVerified is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent, representative, or partner of any insurance carrier, insurance company, field marketing or insurance marketing organization, or government agency. Any company, carrier, product, or brand names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

In particular, AgentVerified is a separate and independent service from InsuraCentral. The optional "Sign in with InsuraCentral" feature is a third-party sign-in convenience only. Using it does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or endorsement between AgentVerified and InsuraCentral; neither party is responsible for the other's services, content, or conduct; and AgentVerified is not operated, controlled, or sponsored by InsuraCentral. Listings, reviews, and verifications on AgentVerified are provided by AgentVerified, not by InsuraCentral.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Using the Service as a consumer

As a consumer ("Client"), you may search for agents and submit a request to be contacted ("Quote Request"). When you submit a Quote Request, you authorize us to share the information in that request with the specific agent you selected so they may contact you about insurance products.

You agree that the contact information you provide is your own and that you consent to be contacted by the selected agent by phone, text, and/or email regarding your request. We do not sell your Quote Request information to third parties.

6. Agent accounts, listings, and verification

Agents may create an account to manage a directory listing. By creating an agent account you represent that you are a properly licensed insurance producer and that all information you provide — including your National Producer Number (NPN), licensing, and carrier appointments — is accurate and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing and the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• "Verified," "license-checked," and similar badges reflect the checks described on the Service at the time they were performed and are not a continuing guarantee of an agent's licensing status.
• We may review, suspend, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, complaints, or loss of licensure.
• You are responsible for ensuring your listing and your communications with consumers comply with all applicable laws, including state insurance regulations, TCPA, and advertising rules.

7. Sign in with InsuraCentral

If you sign in using InsuraCentral, you authorize InsuraCentral to share your identity and producer information (such as your name, email, and NPN) with AgentVerified to create or update your agent listing. Your use of InsuraCentral remains subject to InsuraCentral's own terms and privacy policy.

InsuraCentral is an independent third-party service. AgentVerified is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with InsuraCentral — see "Independence; no affiliation or endorsement" above.

8. Reviews and user content

Consumers may submit reviews and other content. You are solely responsible for content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

You agree your content will be truthful, based on genuine experience, and will not be defamatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. We may moderate, edit, or remove content, and may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-collecting agent or user information from the Service.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or impersonating information, reviews, or requests.
• Using the Service to send spam or to contact agents or consumers for purposes other than a genuine insurance inquiry.
• Interfering with, probing, or circumventing the security or operation of the Service.
• Using the Service in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by AgentVerified or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for content you submit, you receive no ownership rights, and you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, identity, security, hosting, analytics, and email providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any agent or third party are solely between you and that party.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that any agent is suitable for your needs, that any information on the Service is accurate or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any insurance decision is yours; verify any agent's license directly with your state's Department of Insurance.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTVERIFIED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH AN AGENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentVerified and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your listing, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY/STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
